The surgical lamp is generally composed of a single or multiple lamp head. It is tied to a cantilever. It can move vertically or recycled. The cantilever is usually connected to a fixed binder and can rotate around it.The principle of shadowless lamps is to arrange a large light -emitting intensity on the lamp plate into a circular shape. From different angles to the light to the operating table, the area of the light source is increased, ensuring that the doctor's vision is bright enough, and at the same time, it does not produce obviously without producing obviously. This shadow achieves no shadow effect.
The basic structure of the LED shadowless lamp
1) Rotating body: The rotating body component of the LED shadowless lamp has two parts: base and rotating arm. The base is used to fix the shadowless lamp, and place the switching power supply, fuse and wiring base and other components. The rotating arm is connected with the base and the balance arm, and can be rotated 360° to increase the horizontal working area of the lamp head.
2) Balance arm: used to balance the lamp head, so that the lamp head can be accurately positioned in any desired position, and increase the horizontal, upper and lower working area of the lamp head. Pull the balance arm and the lamp head bend joint, you can move up and down and rotate the lamp head axially. Push the disinfection handle to turn the lamp head back and forth and left and right, and finally adjust the lamp body to the desired position.
3) Control panel: It is the control device of shadowless lamp. Use touch button, through the builtin microprocessor can control the operating shadowless lamp on and off and brightness adjustment.

Daily maintenance
1. After use, the power supply must be cut off.
2. When replacing the bulb, the 220V power switch installed on the wall must be turned off first, and the bulb can be replaced after cooling.
3. Check the connection status of the connecting parts of the shadowless lamp regularly. Because the operating shadowless lamp is a permanently suspended device, its safety is crucial. The status of the connecting nut and other connecting screws of the rotating body chassis must be checked regularly. Tighten them immediately if they are loose.
